Shipping & Returns Policy
Bespoke Extracts ships all orders through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, anywhere in the United States and US Territories, within legal limits. We will ship all orders same-day if they are placed before 2 PM EST, Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Payment and receipt are emailed when orders are placed. Tracking information is provided by email when orders are shipped.
What shipping methods does Bespoke Extracts offer?
Bespoke Extracts uses 3 shipping methods: FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We assign the best option for your specific order.
Where does Bespoke Extracts ship to?
We ship to all states and territories where the sale of CBD is legal. Otherwise, Bespoke Extracts will ship to any street address in the U.S.A. or US territories. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; however, we can ship your order to your nearest FedEx Pick-Up location.
Can Bespoke Extracts ship outside of the United States?
Bespoke Extracts can ship to all U.S. territories using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Bespoke Extracts cannot ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other international country. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $100. Interested in having us ship to your country? Can Bespoke Extracts ship to military bases?
Bespoke Extracts can ship to APO/FPO bases using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $100.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Please contact our customer service at email@example.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If we can, we will change the shipping address for you.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You will be able to track your order using this number.
Can my order ship on the weekend?
In some cases, UPS, FedEx, and USPS may deliver on Saturdays, although we cannot guarantee delivery on the weekend. These carriers do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
How soon can Bespoke Extracts ship my order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
What if I don’t receive my Bespoke Extracts order?
First, please check your tracking information (emailed to you after you place your order) to verify whether it has been delivered. If it has, please check around your property to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still cannot locate your package, contact your shipping company for help. If you still need assistance, you can reach our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bespoke offers an easy *30-day money-back guarantee on all regularly priced products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your payment or exchange your product for something different. If your product isn’t delivering the results you had hoped, you are welcome to use your product for the full 30 days before you request a refund. We want you to be 100% satisfied, and we are committed to making sure you are happy with your purchase. Not happy? We will make it right.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your payment, and you can return your product at no charge. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your refund immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 3-10 business days. Please note, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before your refund is officially posted, up to 10 days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will gladly exchange your product. If you need to complete an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can return your item free of charge.
