Whether it’s family drama or the global pandemic, trouble at work or climate change, issues with the landlord, or the economic recession, it’s safe to assume most of us have been majorly stressed at least once in the past year. We don’t need to tell you it’s a straight-up no-good time.
Fortunately, these episodes typically pass as soon as they come. But for the millions of Americans living with chronic stress or anxiety disorders, these struggles can feel like a neverending assault on the body and brain. If brain fog, emotional and physical exhaustion, excessive worrying, nausea, excessive sweating, irritability, aches and pains, and other day-to-day symptoms were not enough, people with anxiety disorders or chronic stress might also suffer long-term effects.
That’s not OK.
The good news is we’ve got your back. Bespoke’s 3C formula is specifically designed for women, o help you stay cool, calm, collected – and covered.
What Bespoke 3C Is Made Of
Bespoke 3C, like all Bespoke Extracts products, is made only with all-natural, high-quality ingredients.
Of course, the star of the show is lab-tested, full-spectrum CBD (cannabidiol) sourced from U.S.A.-grown hemp. CBD is well-known in the science and health communities for its ability to help people (and pets) maintain balance and overall health and wellness. One dropper full, or 1 mL, contains 20mg of CBD.
What makes 3C so special – and so effective – is that we’ve also added 2omg of CBG (cannabigerol) distillate. And we included Linalool and Limonene Terpenes (4 mg each per 1mL serving). All of these, like CBD, are known for their abilities to help you maintain optimal chill, even when life is decidedly not.
Bespoke 3C also contains vitamin E. This nutrient, often found in beauty products, is also crucial to the immune system and cell regeneration and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
You also get your choice of sweet berry (1200mg bottle) or mint (2000mg bottle).
Why Full-Spectrum Hemp
Full-spectrum hemp extract, also known as full-spectrum CBD, is the creme de la creme of cannabis extracts, serving up the full range of cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. This includes CBD, as well as CBG (cannabigerol), and THCV (Tetrahydrocannabivarin).
All cannabis compounds, including most notably its 100+ cannabinoids, have distinct beneficial properties, offering you the full range of perks hemp has to offer.
Not only that, but CBD and its fellow compounds also work better together. While CBD can work independently (in isolate form), it’s even more effective when rolling with its squad. You can read more about this phenomenon, known as the “entourage effect,” here.
Why CBG Distillate
Full-spectrum hemp extract already contains CBG, but we added an extra helping because of this cannabinoid’s powerful stress modulation skills. While not as famous as its cousins CBD or THC, CBG is no less an essential part of the team. It’s known for its ability to support a balanced emotional and stress response. Some consider it to be even more effective than marijuana for maintaining healthy muscles and joints. Researchers are also looking into its effects on the gastrointestinal system.
Why Are Terpenes Important?
More than 100 known terpenes are in the cannabis plant alone, and more than 20,000 in nature. These compounds, frequently used in aromatherapy as essential oils, give plants their unique scents and flavors. Like cannabinoids, they also provide unique health benefits.
Our linalool is extracted from the hemp plant, but it’s also found in other plants, including lavender. Lavender is widely used for relaxation and stress relief, and linalool is what gives it its powers as well as its scent.
As you might have guessed, limonene is most commonly found in citrus fruits’ rings, including lemons and oranges. It’s known for its ability to support healthy immune and endocrine (hormone) systems, balanced emotions, and measured inflammatory response.
How to Use it
Everyone is different, so what works for your BFF or coworker might not work for you. That being said, we do have some general guidelines. We recommend starting small, with a single dose, and increasing by 10mg increments (¼ dropper) as needed.
Keep a journal to record how you feel before taking your daily dose and how you’re doing afterward. This will help you determine if you need to increase the amount or cut back.
Each bottle contains 30 x 40mg doses, and one dose is one dropper full.
We suggest taking one dose in the morning or at night to begin, though many people take two doses a day. Whenever you take it, be sure to take it with or after eating.
Once you’ve tried it, let us know what you think!
