Shipping & Returns Policy

Bespoke Extracts ships all orders through FedEx, UPS or USPS, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES BESPOKE EXTRACTS OFFER?

Bespoke Extracts offers free 3-5 shipping, through FedEx, UPS or USPS, for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.

IS BESPOKE EXTRACTS ABLE TO SHIP TO ALL 50 STATES? 

Bespoke Extracts can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; however, we can ship your order to your nearest FedEx Pick-Up location.

CAN BESPOKE EXTRACTS SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES? 

Bespoke Extracts can ship to all U.S. territories using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders. We do not ship internationally as of yet. 

CAN BESPOKE EXTRACTS SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?

Bespoke Extracts can ship to APO/FPO bases using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact our customer service at +1 855.633.3738 to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through FedEx Tracking, USP Tracking, USPS Tracking .

CAN MY ORDER SHIP THROUGH THE WEEKEND?

FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

HOW SOON CAN BESPOKE EXTRACTS SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY BESPOKE EXTRACTS ORDER? 

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at +1 855.633.3738 to start a FedEx trace. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order from Bespoke Extracts within 30 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days on most unopened products. If 30 days have passed from the delivery date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No refunds on any vaping products.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 3-7 business days. Please note, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders.

Refund issues (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@bespokeextracts.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the purchased item wasn’t marked as a gift, the amount will be refunded to the buyer’s credit card or original method of payment.
